Grigg turns into Mr Consistency as a Tiger

AFTER several years of recruiting some ordinary recycled players, the fortune has since changed for Richmond in the mature age recruiting stakes with Shaun Grigg and Bachar Houli perhaps leading the way after changing stripes. Grigg, inparticular, has become much more consistent since leaving Carlton and playing 43 matches with the Tigers over two seasons.

ONE day after an exclusive interview on AFL.com.au revealed that he felt he was being made a scapegoat for the Esendon’s poor performances during Matthew Knights’ final year as coach, Bachar Houli has signed a contract extension with his current club. Richmond made the announcement this morning that Houli, 24, has signed an agreement that will add two years
