What our experts say:

Daniel Paproth

Fremantle vs Richmond

Haven’t Fremantle found some fire over the past month? A side that has been devoid of finals football, they are in danger of missing out with so many sides fighting for eighth spot. But they’d be pleased with the fixture this week, as they could very easily swap with the Bombers by Saturday night.

Richmond’s season is over but here they have a chance to have an effect on the makeup of the top eight. They’ll need to keep Matthew Pavlich in line whilst finding enough avenues to goal.

Fremantle by 25
SC – Matthew Pavlich (Frem), Dustin Martin (Rich)

Max Prophet, Footy Punter

Fremantle ($1.41) vs. Richmond ($3.00):
Can’t help but think the Tigers still have more upside than the Dockers and seem to play great free flowing footy when they are not under pressure (usually the end of the season!). On the flip side, Freo will feel lots of pressure as they need this win to remain hopeful of September action. So, Freo expected to win at home, Tigers under no pressure – sounds like a monty to me!

Suggested bet: Tigers to win @ $3.00
