What our experts say:

Daniel Paproth

Sydney vs Greater Western Sydney
The latest in the line of the only two teams from one state meeting in a match that the AFL hopes can become a strong rivalry. Sydney have jumped up to second place on the ladder following their last-gasp victory against Geelong last week, but their significant second half fadeouts are very worrying.

GreaterWestern Sydneyhad a big chance to really assert themselves on the competition with a win againstMelbournelast week but after quarter time they were awful. They have shown they can be competitive over four quarters and need to do it here.

The Swans have had a simply astounding run over the past decade and while they have only won one premiership in that time, they are continually providing headaches come finals time. They should consolidate second spot with a win here.
