What our experts say:

Daniel Paproth

Geelong vs Port Adelaide
If the rumours prove to be true then Travis Boak will get a good first-hand look at how his life could change this weekend as Port Adelaide travel down to the Cattery to try and move up the ladder a few places. The midfielder is weighing up his options and will want to play well.

Geelong dug themselves a deeper hole last weekend as they fell just short of knocking off Sydney in a remarkable comeback. They would be sitting in the same position on the ladder, 7th, but the 7-5 record is not what they wanted (or expected) after 12 rounds.

Port Adelaide have copped pastings from the Western Bulldogs and Hawthorn since their big win over Carlton and you would expect them to find the going pretty tough down at Skilled Stadium.

Geelong by 50
SC – Jimmy Bartel (Geel), Travis Boak (PA)
