SOUTH Australian forward Troy Menzel, the younger brother of Geelong’s Daniel, is expected to be in the thick of the action early in the 2012 AFL draft.

This is despite him missing the final round of the Under 18 National Championships with groin soreness.

But Menzel, just like his brother, is a creative goalkicker and shone kicking six goals over the Northern Territory in June.

He had LARS surgery following his injury problems which has perhaps put a question mark on if his body can hold up. Does the injury problems run in the family?
