FREMANTLE has been the real genuine improver for 2010. The Dockers have excelled through pace and determination with Matthew Pavlich becoming the games’ No.1 player; a dominant forward and attacking midfielder.

They also have uncovered talent in the VFL such as Mick Barlow and Alex Silvagni; and an influx of young talent that are delivering the goods.

But in reality the Dockers have always had a decent list. It may just be that all of the ingredients are mixed in well this time around.

Dockers coach Mark Harvey has done a brilliant job. Especially on the road, the Dockers have improved immensely.

They have usualy been easybeats on the road, but now they have become a real danger and threat and beating the Sydney Swans at the SCG last week was another one under their scalp.

They are in the top four and are a real finals threat this year. All the fingers are pointing to the west.
