FREMANTLE continued its dream unbeaten start to 2010 with a seven-point win over reigning premier Geelong at Subiaco Oval on Sunday.

Matthew Pavlich and Stephen Hill were keys in the final quarter onslaught of six goals to come back from a 21-point deficit and win, 18.17 (125) to 17.16 (118).

Coach Mark Harvey praised his midfield star Pavlich.

“No matter where we had to play him, he just changed the trend of the game at times,” Fremantle coach Mark Harvey said of Pavlich after the match.

“Particularly when we had to find something when we were behind – he brought it upon himself. From a leadership, captain’s point of view, it was one of the great games.”
