COLLINGWOOD veteran Shane O’Bree has been dropped for form on several occasions this season as he has battled away in the VFL.

Finally when he gets an opportunity at senior level, the experienced midfielder suffers a setback with an ankle injury at training on Friday.

He will be replaced by Brad Dick, who joins a 25-man team, that will be cut to 22 tomorrow.

O’Bree has been one of several Magpie veterans running around in the VFL this season including Josh Fraser and Tarkyn Lockyer.
